The snow arrived last evening, silent, accumulating to about four inches.
A beautiful female cardinal visited the back yard this morning, searching for bird seed.
A lone grackle, sent ahead by the flock, scoped out the possibilities.
Soon, he was joined by the rest of his mates.
The juncos, wearing their formal feathered tuxedoes, were numerous in numbers.
The snowfall and beautiful birds are My Corner of the World today.
Thank you to the host of this Link-Up/Photographing New Zealand.

DeleteGreat photos of these birds :-D
ReplyDeleteThey really appreciate the seed I put out on snowy days. My yard is like Grand Central Station for birds.
